Custom Antenna balls:
Custom Antenna Balls
1. Standard and
Premium toppers w/custom imprint - Can be printed
1 or 2 colors, on 1 or 2 sides.
2. Custom Shape Flat Die Cut (cookie-cutter style)
- Flat piece or "cookie-cutter" style shape (2"- 3"in width,
and approximately 1/2"-3/4" thick). Can be pad printed (up
to 2 colors) silk screened (up to 4 colors) Can be printed
1 or 2 sided.
3. Custom Shape Deluxe topper - Any design with accessories
glued on. (Examples: hair, hats, wings, rays, facial hair,
whiskers, ect.) These items would be similar to the Cowboy,
Cowgirl, Fireman, Angel, etc...
4. Three-dimensional Shape Molded Design - Usually
hand painted, approximately 2"-3" in size (in most cases).
Available in multiple colors and with multiple accessories.

Deposit Required and Billing
terms:
Custom
Orders
Standard and Premium custom orders of 10,000
units or less require advanced payment. All custom shape
projects require a $500 deposit. This deposit is deducted
from your final bill. The deposit allows us to make you
a production sample. Production samples will be fine-tuned
and remade as necessary at no additional cost. A 50% deposit
will begin production and the remaining 50% must be received
to ship.

What are antenna balls made of:
Our Antenna Balls are manufactured from polystyrene
or a high-density, soft foam (EVA) material.
Soft
Foam vs. Polystyrene:
1. The soft foam (EVA) is actually colored
material. Soft foam expands over all size car antenna's
or pencils/pens.
2. Polystyrene is used as an alternative material for lower
quantities at a competitive price.

Lead-Times:
(In most cases the more information we are
provided with, the shorter the lead-times will be.)
Standard
and Premium Toppers:
Average of 2 - 6 weeks.
Custom
Shaped Toppers: Average of 3 - 5 weeks
for prototype. Once prototypes have been approved there
will be a minimum production lead-time of 6 weeks; lead-times
vary according to quantities. Rush orders are available
at a 50% surcharge.

Do you have Antenna Balls for retractable
antennas?
No. We do not offer retractable antenna adapters
because we have found over the years, that they do not fit
most car antennas and may cause damage. While antennas vary
in size, plastic Antenna Ball adapters may damage car antennas
by stopping the antenna from taking its natural course of
retracting. (Fact: 92% of cars on the US highways have
freestanding antennas).
